Ingredients:
- 12 oz smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 16 oz frozen pierogies
- 14 oz bag of coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or corn, vegetable, or canola oil)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat a large frying pan with sides (at least 3 inches high) over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
- Add the bag of coleslaw mix, stir well, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
